Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bodyama. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bodyama.
1. Description of Service
Bodyama is a platform that connects users with independent bodybuilding and fitness coaches for one-time, paid physique, diet, and training feedback ("Coach Reviews"). Bodyama does not provide ongoing coaching, medical advice, or guaranteed results.
2. Not Medical Advice
Bodyama and its coaches provide general fitness and bodybuilding guidance only. Nothing provided through Bodyama is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with a doctor, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed professional. Always consult a qualified professional before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have any injury, medical condition, or health concern.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Bodyama does not guarantee any specific results from using our services, including but not limited to changes in physique, weight, strength, or health outcomes. Individual results vary based on many factors outside our control.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bodyama. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. Coach Reviews
What You're Purchasing. Coach Reviews are one-time, consumable digital services. When you purchase a review package, you submit information and media (such as photos, videos, training history, and questions), and an independent coach provides written and/or audio/video feedback based on what you submit.
Coaches Are Independent. Coaches on Bodyama are independent contractors, not employees of Bodyama. While we vet and approve coaches before they join the platform, Bodyama does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any individual coach's feedback.
Turnaround Time. Estimated delivery windows (e.g., 24–72 hours) are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary.
Coach Conduct. Coaches agree to Bodyama's safety guidelines, which prohibit medical advice, advice involving performance-enhancing drugs or steroids, crash dieting recommendations, guidance that promotes disordered eating, unsafe dehydration practices, or guaranteed-results claims. If you believe a coach has violated these guidelines, please contact us.
7. User Content
Your Submissions. You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Bodyama and the assigned coach a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the review you purchased.
Your Responsibilities. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes on others' rights, or depicts anyone other than yourself without their consent. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
Content Removal. We may remove or refuse to process any submission that violates these Terms or our content guidelines.
8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Pricing. Prices for Coach Reviews, subscriptions, and other products are listed on our website and may change from time to time.
Subscriptions. If we offer subscription plans, they will automatically renew at the listed price unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
One-Time Purchases. Coach Reviews and similar one-time purchases are generally non-refundable once a coach has begun or completed the review, except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Purchases Through Apple or Other App Stores. If you purchase through Apple's App Store or another third-party platform, refunds are subject to that platform's policies (for example, Apple's refund process), not Bodyama's.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Bodyama for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
- Submit false or misleading information to coaches
- Attempt to circumvent payment for services
- Harass, threaten, or abuse coaches or Bodyama staff
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Bodyama is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodyama and its officers, employees, and affiliated coaches will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on coach feedback or guidance.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bodyama, its officers, employees, and affiliated coaches from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of Bodyama after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
